My Approach

My practice is concentrated on working with teens and young adults, as well as families that have experienced interpersonal conflicts, relationship transitions, individual or family trauma and domestic violence, school and motivational struggles and cultural assimilation issues. I use an individualized and eclectic approach combining Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy and long and short-term trauma focused therapies to help you find balance in your life and attain your personal goals.
